It's demanding but rewarding. New enquiries are always welcome from local residents keen to volunteer for the service.
We need to raise £500,000 for the new lifeboat station. By buying a brick for our new lifeboat station, you can help us on our way. One brick costs just £20. The name of each brick donor will be inscribed on a plaque in the new lifeboat station. So if you can help, please, buy as many as you can and tell your friends. If you prefer, you may make a donation.
As an independent lifeboat service we do not receive financial support from the RNLI or Coastguard, yet we do the same job. The financial running of our service depends entirely on the generosity of the public and our supporters.
